The Club Room
Our Club Room consists of many tables and chairs to hold a party of fifty of your closest friends and relatives. The room is staffed with tables, chairs and can be rented for your celebration.
The beautiful space overlooks the stunning backyard of the Rivington Clubhouse. Enjoy the gorgeous foliage and mountainous view that Danbury has to offer – it’s truly picture perfect! This spacious room is ideal for that amazing birthday party, baby or bridal shower or any other special occasion.
If you’re not renting the space, use the room as an extra work space or to enjoy community activities such as bingo, clubhouse dances or potluck dinners.
Rentals are available to Rivington residents only.
*The Club Room is available for rent at an extra charge. The cap is set to 50 people maximum.
The Tavern Room
Featuring two beautiful pool tables, comfortable seating, a bar area, and a stunning fireplace, this is hands down one of the most favorable rooms for the residents. The Tavern Room is the perfect place in the clubhouse to enjoy a game of pool while watching a sports game on the TV, gather with friends and neighbors for pizza and wine or enjoy one of the community’s Happy Hours or coffee socials. Residents love to gather weekly for mahjong, bridge, canasta, Rummikub and cards. During the summer time, walk out onto the gorgeous patio that offers a stunning view and relax on cozy sofas or opt for one of the umbrella-covered tables that comes with a refreshing breeze.
*The Tavern Room is a common shared room, open to residents at all times. NOT available as a rental.
The Movie Theatre
The Rivington Clubhouse offers one of the most elegant yet comfortable theater rooms imaginable. This amazing room features an impressive large-screen television, leather chairs (that are so comfortable, you can fall asleep sitting in them!), and a terrific sound system.
Enjoy community movies or rent the theater for a private event. The Theater Room is an excellent addition to the Card and Craft Room for children’s parties.
*The Theater Room is available as a rental at an extra cost. The cap is set to 20 people maximum.
The Clubhouse Gym, Aerobics and Play Room
The Clubhouse features an extraordinary gym that is stocked with some of the best equipment around. Parents won’t need to worry if they can get in their workout as kids are welcome to play in our fun filled playroom while parents workout! The gym has a separate playroom that includes games, toys and even a TV for the young ones to watch.
Adjacent to the gym area is the beautiful aerobics room where residents can participate in group fitness classes or use it as the perfect space to stretch and cool-down after a workout.
*The gym, aerobics and play rooms are not available to rent.
Card and Craft Room
Get your inner artist or crafter on! The Card and Craft Room is the only place at the clubhouse where making a mess in the name of art if allowed. Enjoy a kid’s craft activity, community craft session or sit down for a game of Mahjong with our Mahjong Group.
This space is ideal for a kid’s birthday party and can also be an excellent pairing with the Theater Room. Commence planning for the pizza parties!
*The Card and Craft Room is available to rent at an extra charge. The cap for this room is set at 20 people maximum.
Kitchen Area
The fully working kitchen has 3 ovens, a microwave, 6 stove top burners a large refrigerator, plenty of cabinet space and more! The kitchen is a great option to rent, in addition to your other preferred room, for that special event. As residents, the kitchen is open daily and are welcome to use the space to place drinks in the fridge or get your inner cook on for friends who are visiting.
